About this piece
Handwoven wool kilim rug, 119 × 184 cm (3'11" x 6'0"), plant dyed and reversible. Black lines divide the field into a grid of colourful diamonds, framed all round by a cream border.
The black lines separate the colours and make every diamond stand out: nine full, eight half and four quarter diamonds in red, orange, blue, beige and grey. In the border, diamonds sit in pairs of red, blue and beige.
In front of a sofa, under a desk, between two beds or in a wide hallway.

Good to know
A light wool smell at the start is a sign of untreated wool and fades after two or three days of fresh air. Care: shake out, blot spills with clear water.
The natural lanolin in the wool keeps dirt out. The wool gets no chemical finish.
