About this piece
Handwoven wool kilim rug, 102 × 152 cm (3'4" x 5'0"), plant dyed and reversible. Black lines divide the field into a lattice of diamonds in blue, white, orange and beige, framed by a cream border.
The lattice has 18 parts: eight full diamonds, six halves and four quarters, each with a motif in red, green, blue or white. The border carries hexagons in orange, green and blue.
For an entryway, in front of a sofa, at the foot of the bed or in a reading corner.

Good to know
Untreated wool smells faintly of wool at first; two or three days of fresh air take care of it. Care: shake out regularly, blot spills right away with clear water.
The natural lanolin in the wool keeps dirt out. The wool gets no chemical finish.
